What we collect, and why.
Last updated 26 July 2026
Databasis Corp operates databasis.com. We collect as little as we can. This page says exactly what that is.
The contact form
If you fill in the form we collect your name, work email, company, optionally your website, how many products you sell, where you sell them, and anything you type in the message box.
We email it to ourselves and store nothing. There is no database behind this site. The submission arrives in an inbox and that inbox is the only copy. We use it to reply to you and to prepare for your audit call. Nothing else. We never sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list.
Spam protection
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you are a person rather than a bot. It does not use tracking cookies and does not profile you across other sites.
Booking a call
Scheduling runs on Cal.com, a third party with its own privacy policy. If you book a time, they receive the details you enter on their form. We only see what they pass on to us.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see roughly where visitors come from. It is cookieless: it sets nothing on your device, does not fingerprint you, and cannot follow you to other websites. That is also why this site has no cookie banner. There is nothing to consent to.
What we never do
- Session recording or heatmaps
- Advertising or cross-site tracking pixels
- Selling or sharing your details with anyone
- Adding you to a newsletter because you filled in a form
How long we keep things
Form submissions stay in our email for as long as the conversation is useful. If you do not become a client, we delete them within 12 months.
Getting your data removed
Email hello@databasis.com and ask. We will delete what we hold and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.
Changes
If this changes we will update the date at the top. We will not quietly start collecting more than is described here.
